Intake.
Drop the PRD as it exists today — a Markdown file from your repo, a Word document from the shared drive, or a plain text export. No template, no restructuring. The parser reads headings, user stories, and acceptance criteria as-is.

Estimate.
Seconds after upload the document is rated on five signals — size, structure, integrations, roles, flows — each on a sliding scale from low to high. Together they place it in one of four complexity tiers, and the tier sets the price band, €10 to €500. You see the ratings and the tier, so you can see why your PRD lands where it does — no disputed counts, no line-item haggling.

Checkout.
Accept the price and identify yourself — email magic link or Google sign-in. Payment runs through Stripe: card, SEPA, or wallet. The generation slot is reserved the moment the charge succeeds; nothing is billed before you approve the estimate.

Generate.
When generation finishes you receive two things: a live URL on your own subdomain — share it with stakeholders straight away — and the complete source code as a download. The code is yours. Re-host it, fork it, hand it to a developer as the starting point.

Run the flow yourself.
The real pipeline in miniature — upload, estimate, sign in, pay — each stage on its own page, then your account where every request is queued, processed, and logged. Demo mode: no charge, no account, nothing leaves your browser.
What moves the price.
Five signals, all read from your document, each on a sliding scale from low to high. Together they pick the tier, the tier picks the price band. Nothing else enters the equation — not your company size, not your deadline, not how nicely you ask.

What exactly do I get?
Two artifacts: a live URL on your own subdomain (you.prdconvert.dev) serving the interactive prototype, and a download of the complete source code. The prototype is clickable — navigation, states, and flows work — but it is a design artifact, not a production backend.
How is the price calculated?
From complexity, mechanically. Size, section structure, named integrations, distinct roles, and user flows are each rated on a sliding scale from low to high. Together they place the document in a tier — simple, standard, complex, enterprise — and each tier has a fixed price band between €10 and €500. We show ratings, not counts: a rating cannot be off by one. The tier and the price are shown before you pay — the number you approve is the number charged.
Why do I pay before generation?
Because the price is fixed and small. Holding the payment until after delivery would mean invoicing, net-30 terms, and a collections process — overhead that would push the floor far above €10. Stripe charges the card once, immediately after you approve the estimate.
What if the prototype misses the mark?
Every purchase includes one regeneration with notes. Tell us what the first pass got wrong — wrong flow, wrong emphasis, missing screen — and the second pass incorporates it. If both passes fail to produce something usable, write to us and we refund the charge.
Who owns the code?
You do, outright. The download is the full source with no licence strings. Re-host it, extend it, or hand it to a development team as the foundation for the real build.
What counts as “complicated”?
A two-page internal tool spec with one user role rates simple — €10–60. A marketplace with buyers, sellers, admins, payments, and onboarding wizards rates complex or enterprise — €160–500. Upload the document — the rating and the price are free and take seconds.
